Al-Idrisi Company began its journey in 2016 as a sole proprietorship founded by the Egyptian businessman Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Idrisi, to be an institutional and experiential extension of the SLS Group (Sulaiman Labib Sulaiman), one of the leading investment entities in the region.

The SLS Group was known for being the first foreign investment institution to obtain a foreign investment license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which formed a strong base for Al-Idrisi Company to launch with a clear expansion vision based on institutional organization, professional commitment, and building long-term partnerships.
